Bosch employs over 800 associates at the Clayton site with business in Automotive Technology (development & manufacturing), sales of Power Tools, Hot water and Heating, Automotive Aftermarket, HVAC software control, Software Solutions, Business service solutions and service support for Bosch eBikes . The Clayton site is the headquarters for Bosch in Oceania.

More than 1,300 people throughout Australia and New Zealand are employed by Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd, a regional subsidiary of the global Bosch Group.
