Payment and Price
All goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. Accepted methods of payment include credit card, (Visa and MasterCard only), direct bank transfer or cheque. Credit card transactions are processed automatically through Stripe on this site, alternatively call our offices to arrange credit card processing. If you wish to pay via direct bank transfer, our bank account details will be provided once this option is selected. If payment is made by cheque, goods will not be dispatched until your funds have been cleared.
a) No liability for any claim for damage or non-functionality shall be accepted unless the purchaser notifies the vendor by email or telephone within 48 hours of delivery. This period may be extended at the sole discretion of the vendor where the manufacturers’ replacement policy extends the deadline.
b) No liability for any claim for missing items such as manuals shall be accepted unless the purchaser notifies the vendor in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note the prices on this website are for the hot water units only. Installation of said units is not included. Should you require a quote that includes the unit and installation, please call our offices for further information.
Delivery and Pricing
Our online prices for hot water related products generally includes delivery where the customer is in a metro area. Customers outside the metro area, should contact us to enquire about freight arrangements. All air-conditioning units are pickup and customers should contact the office for the nearest warehouse.
Note: Delivery is only within normal business hours Monday to Friday
Once goods are dispatched the vendor is not responsible for any damage to goods or unexpected time delays caused by the freight facility. Prices quoted are valid for Australia only. Please feel free to call us to confirm pricing for other states.
All order values under $200.00 may incur a delivery charge of $16.50 Please call in for a delivery cost.
All products sold are brand new and unused and carry a manufactures warranty.
All products are carefully selected to ensure maximum quality and are checked where possible for any defects prior to dispatch. If a product is found to be faulty or fails within the warranty period. The customer can contact our office to arrange service or alternatively contact the manufacture direct.
Return of products correctly supplied are at the discretion of 1st Choice Hot Water . A handling fee may be charged to the purchaser if 1st Choice Hot Water accept the return.

If any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions. This contract is and shall be deemed to have been made in Queensland and shall in all respects be governed by Queensland Law. In respect of consumer sales only, statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
