I recently purchase a Rheem hot waster system. The price was brilliant, the cheapest I found by far and it included delivery. The service was also brilliant. I ordered the system online at 12pm and when I arrived home at 4pm the system had already been delivered and put exactly where I requested. Overall experience was 5 star. I will recommending you to all my friends and family including 2 of my wife’s cousins who are plumbers. Thanks for the great service, it’s not easy finding great service like that anymore!

Heat Pump

I had Robert from 1st Choice Hot Water come out to look at my heat pump today. He was very cheerful, prompt and obviously knows his stuff as he could diagnosis the issue very efficiently with no fuss. I might add that another service operator only just looked at my hot water system 10 days ago, charged me top dollar and left me with initially no water and then only lukewarm water when I have a house full of people coming to stay next week!! I have to say Robert has been a breath of fresh air and has restored my faith in reliable tradies.
