Standard Shipping Charges
Delivery of Hot Water systems to Metro areas is generally free of charge. Accessories ordered in conjunction with Hot Water Systems are also generally delivered free.
Delivery of Spare parts attract a $20.00 delivery surcharge.
Orders that are cancelled by the customer after being ordered or delivered from the supplier or special orders may incur a restocking fee. Please call and check before cancelling an order.
Please contact us before you purchase any item if you are not sure of delivery costs in your area.
Delivery terms and conditions
Your orders are usually dispatched on the working day that your order is received. You will receive an email notification from 1st Choice Hot Water when your order is shipped.
Note: Delivery is only within normal business hours Monday to Friday
Orders processed after 2.00PM cannot be guaranteed same day delivery
Delivery problems
If a delivery has not arrived at the expected time, the Purchaser must contact us as soon as possible. 1st Choice Hot Water shall then contact its authorised carrier to initiate an enquiry. Enquiries may take some time but we aim to resolve all delivery problems immediately after being notified.
Once receiving products ordered, the purchaser must check that the products are correct. The customer must notify 1st Choice Hot Water of any delivery anomalies (missing or broken Products, parcel damaged, etc.) by contacting us as soon as possible and specifying the nature of the problem.
DO NOT INSTALL ANY UNITS THAT MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED BEFORE FIRST CONTACTING 1ST CHOICE HOT WATER
Order Status
Generally, your order is received within 2 working days. Public Holidays may delay delivery. You will receive an email notification from 1st Choice Hot Water when your order is shipped.
