We may request your business details, ABN and relevant trade licence information when reviewing your application.

Opening a Trade Account does not automatically provide discounted trade pricing.
New Trade Accounts begin at our standard pricing while we establish a trading history with your business.
Trade pricing is unlocked after 3 completed orders and is based on an ongoing trading relationship with 1st Choice Hot Water.
This allows us to reserve our trade pricing for genuine industry customers who regularly purchase products through us.
